STANDARD SHIPPING

Local Deliveries:

  • Delivery Time: Estimated between 5-12 business days.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

International Deliveries:

  • Delivery Time: Estimated between 5-12 business days.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
  • All international orders are trackable and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes specific to the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners.
  • While we do everything within our power to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like customs delays or courier mishaps can lead to longer shipping times.

RETURN

Change of Mind

We truly hope you adore your purchase. However, if you simply change your mind, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in such cases.

Defective Items

Should you receive a defective item, please inform us within 30 days. You won't need to return the item; we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. It's worth noting that natural freshwater pearls might exhibit pits or lines. These are inherent characteristics and aren't deemed as defects.

Lost Packages

If your package goes missing, we're here to help. However, we'll require some form of proof. For our international customers, if the tracking indicates the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we'd appreciate it if you could obtain a confirmation from your local post office.

Care and Maintenance 

To ensure you get the best value, we operate with slim margins. We urge you to adhere to our jewelry care guidelines to maximize the lifespan of your pieces. For after-sales inquiries, timely photos or videos as evidence will be beneficial for our records. Please be aware that intentional damage to products won't be covered under our policy.

Discontinued Products

In the event a product is discontinued, we regret that we won't be able to provide a direct replacement.

Extended Confidence

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues between 30 days and up to 2 years from your purchase, please email us. We're confident we can collaborate to find a solution that satisfies you.
